STAINER BURIAL RITES ARE HELD
Mrs. Elizabeth Stainer, 82, died at 5:15 p.m. Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. L. Galloway, in Highlands, following an illness of several months. Funeral services were held in the Baptist church there this morning and the body was taken overland to Pine Ridge, near Livingston, for interment this afternoon. Rev. O. F. Keefer, pastor of the church, conducted the services. Mrs. Stainer had been a resident of Harris county 20 years. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Galloway, Mrs. Ora Henning of Houston and Mrs. Lou Bonetti of Old River Terrace; three sons, Jesse Stainer of Pelly, Nathaniel Hickman and Robert Hickman of Hortense, and one sister, Mrs. Georgia Smith of Houston. (Aunt Lizzie had 20 living grandchildren)

Hickman; her son, Bartley Hickman; her infant daughters, Margaret Hickman and Artey Hickman; her brother, John I. Canon; her sister, Nancy "Nannie" Canon Wilson; one grandson and two granddaughters.
