On December 2, 1916 Alma Ella Schultz was born to Gus and Anna (Fredrichsen) Schultz in Grant County, SD. She was baptized in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit at Bethlehem Lutheran Church on December 31, 1916 and thus brought into the family of God.

Alma attended school at Alban #2 country school in Grant County. Having undergone religious instruction under the Rev. F. Wessler, she entered into communicant membership at Bethlehem by rite of confirmation on October 19, 1930.

On October 19, 1938 Alma was united in marriage to Oscar Albert Angerhofer. The couple made their home north of Ortonville, MN until 1942 when they moved to their present home southwest of Big Stone City, SD. This union was blessed with three children.

At her home on Thursday, June 25th, 1992, the Lord called Alma home at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 23 days where she awaits with all the saints the glorious day of resurrection.

Alma is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Elsie; two brothers, Fredrick and Martin; and one grandchild.

Alma is survived by her husband; her three children, Judith (Harvey) Giese, Arlin, and Carolyn (Harlan) Munson; a brother, Lester; a sister, Esther (Harold) Otter; also 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
