Sarah A. White of Alvadore passed away on March 27, 1958. She was born on March 5, 1882 in Sullivan, Illinois. Her husband, Charles A. White, passed away in 1947. She is survived by four children, Eva Parks of Vale, Pheba Frazier of Junction City, Homer White of Coquille, and Leonard White of Grants Pass; two sisters, Nettie Teeter of Huron, Kansas and Mattie Carver of Alva, Oklahoma; a brother, Cline Davidson of Redding, California; fourteen grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Poole-Larsen Chapel with Rev. Rex Jones officiating. Interment follows in Westlawn Cemetery.
