Donna was the Daughter of the late Virgil S. and Effie "Mae" (Spurlock) McGhee. Granddaughter of the late George and Evelyn (May) McGhee, Also Grandaughter of the late James and JoHanna (Nelson) Spurlock.

She was a member of Bellemeade United Methodist Church, Point Pleasant.

She is survived by daughters, Phyllis Clendenin, Jackie Whittington, Anna Mae Donahue, Mary Barnette, Reba Maynard and Loretta Gillespie; Sons, James Lucas Jr and Harry Lucas. Along with several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

She was one of 11 Children including sisters Mildred Fay McGhee and Ruby Lucas; and brothers, Virgil "Clay", Raymond, Billy "Joe", Robert, Clyde, Fred, Frank and Charles.
