Surviving are a daughter, Julie (Michael) Troyer, Bowling Green, Kentucky, a son, Jeffrey Wenger, Goshen, grandchildren, Christopher (Andrea) Troyer, Crestwood, Kentucky, Brian (Claire) Troyer, Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, great-grandchildren, Alexander, Anna & Jackson Troyer, and Charles, Henry & Abigail Troyer and a sister, Bonnie Smith, Goshen.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, Charles, and 8 siblings, Glen Holderbaum, Fern Tavernier, Edna Wilhelm, Milo Holderbaum, Marjorie Miller, Ruby Etsinger, Arthur Dale Holderbaum & Jeannie Geyer.
Wilma worked at Dwyer Instruments for 33 years as a calibrator. She was a member of Yellow Creek Mennonite Church, where she was involved in a prayer group and over the years taught Sunday School and Bible School. Wilma loved gardening, canning, and freezing. She loved to bake, and pies were one of her specialties. She enjoyed flowers and nature. Wilma especially loved spending holidays and weekends with Chuck and her family at Perrin Lake, Sturgis, Michigan,
Visitation will be 3-6 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2023, at Rieth Rohrer Ehret Lienhart Funeral Home, 117 W. Waterford St., Wakarusa, and one hour prior to the 3 p.m. funeral service on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church, 64901 CR 11, Goshen. Pastor Wes Bontreger will officiate. Burial will follow at Olive (East) Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to Yellow Creek Mennonite Church.
