Glen Johnson Bushong, 28, Mulberry route 1, died at 12:45 p. m. Saturday in the St. Elizabeth hospital, Lafayette, of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident on the U. S. 52 bypass around Lafayette about 3 p. m. Saturday.
Born in Thompkinsville, Ky., October 31, 1927, he was the son of Frank and Lottie (Brady) Bushong. He was not married.
Bushong was employed as a crane operator at the Lafayette ALCOA plant. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Eagles lodge, Lafayette.
Surviving are the mother, two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Everman, Frankfort, and Mrs. Estell Alting, Lafayette, and a brother, Joe E. Bushong, Mulbery route 1.
Services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Kleinsmith Funeral Home, Mulberry, with the Rev. Paul A. Reisen officiating. Burial was made in Fair Haven cemetery.
