Estell "Dell" Bushong Alting, 72, of Lafayette, died at 4 PM Monday, Dec. 4, 1995, in Lafayette Home Hospital. Born June 12, 1923, at Tompkinsville, KY, she was married to Frank Edward "Bo" Alting, Jr. on September 23, 1944, in Lafayette, IN; he survives.
Mrs. Alting, a homemaker, was a member of First Free Methodist Church in Lafayette, where she was very active, and taught Sunday school.
Surviving with her husband are three sons, Ronald J. Alting, Michael Alting, both of Lafayette, and Frank "Ed" Alting, III of Battle Ground; one brother, Joe Bushong of Lafayette; and eight grandchildren.
