Lottie May Bushong, 89, of Lafayette, a resident of Regency Place the past two years, died at 10:05 AM Monday, Nov. 13, 1989, in Lafayette Home Hospital, following a one-week illness. Born May 27, 1906, in Tompkinsville, KY, she had been a resident of Lafayette 54 years.
Her marriage in 1920, in Tompkinsville, was to Frank Bushong, who died in June 1947. A homemaker, Mrs. Bushong was a member of the Tompkinsville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Estell (Mrs. Frank) Alting; a son, Joe E. Bushong of Lafayette; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
