Louise was the seventh child of Riley Casner and Rebecca Frezell Casner who came to Yavapai County in 1875 from Oregon.
Born on the Beaver Creek Ranch owned by her father.

Louise first married George E. Clark when she was only sixteen years of age on 4 Jul 1903 in Flagstaff, AZ. George was killed on Beaver Creek in the fall of 1905. George was buried in the Casner Family Cemetery on Beaver Creek, Yavapai County, AZ. While a trial was held in the death of George, the person was acquitted.

Louise then married William J. 'Bill' Goswick on 15 Oct1906. To this union was born one son, Carl W. Goswick.
