Lowell Robert Banning, son of Lonzo and Vera Banning, was born July 14th, 1934, and departed this life November 26, 1934, aged 4 months and 11 days. He was born and died at the family home at Hale, Kansas.

He is survived by his parents, one sister, Betty Jean, and three brothers, Martin Eugene, Delbert Orval and Cecil Lavern; also, by four grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Banning of Neodesha, and Mr. and Mrs. A.O. Jackson of Havana, a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins and a host of friends.

Although Lowell was very young and had only been here a short while he had won the hearts of all who knew him. Funeral services were conducted at Round Mound chapel Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock- conducted by Rev. Howard C. Benton, pastor of Sedan Methodist church. Burial was in Round Mound cemetery with R. I. Buckles, funeral director, in charge.
