Mr. Reggie Galbreath, age 79, of Appling, Georgia, died Sunday, February 13, 2022, at his home following an extended illness. He was a native of Montgomery County and was a 1960 graduate of Montgomery County High School. He later moved to Augusta and to Columbia County in 1975. He retired from UPS after thirty-four years and served in the Army National Guard. He was a member of New Corinth Baptist Church, and he enjoyed fishing and camping. Preceding him death are his parents, Henry Harrison Galbreath, Sr. and DeAlice Booth Galbreath; and seven siblings, Elsie Galbreath Waller, Henry Harrison Galbreath, Jr., S.L. Galbreath, Daniel "Lindy" Galbreath, Devoy Galbreath, Heman Booth Galbreath, and Hilburn Keith Galbreath.

His family includes his wife of fifty-five years, Gail M. Galbreath of Appling; one sister, Joyce Myrleen Galbreath Skaggs of Ailey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be Tuesday, February 15th, at 3:00 p.m. at Galbreath Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery on Tuesday afternoon from 2:00 until just prior to the service.
