Mrs. W. O. Campbell
Mrs. Hazel Campbell, 64, wife of W. O. Campbell of Carolina Ave., Chester, died Saturday in a hospital at Tampa, Fla., where she had been a patient three weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Campbell were spending the winter in Florida when she was taken ill. A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Allison, she was born in Hookstown March 24, 1893. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Ralph Green of Canal Fulton; five sisters, Mrs. Bert Abrams of Chester, Mrs. Esther Shaffer of New Brighton, and Mrs. Claire Bartley, Mrs. Ralph Mackall and Miss Maude Allison, all of East Liverpool; three brothers, Hugh Allison of Canal Fulton, Clayton Allison of Gary, Ind., and Thomas Allison of East Liverpool and three grandchildren. The body, en route to Hookstown, will be taken to the Welch Funeral Home there. Arrangements are incomplete.

Services for Mrs. W. O. Campbell of Carolina Ave., Chester, who died Saturday in Tampa, Fla., will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Welch Funeral Home in Hookstown by the Rev. Gail E. McQueen, pastor of the Boyce Methodist Church of East Liverpool. Burial will be in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery near Hookstown. The body of Mrs. Campbell arrived in Pittsburgh Monday afternoon. Friends may call this afternoon and tonight at the funeral home.
