BUSBY--- Orville (Doc) Jines, 90, longtime Busby area rancher, passed away Saturday Nov. 16, 2002, in the Heritage Acres Nursing Home in Hardin. He was born March 2,1912 in Ochiltee County, Texas, a son of Sherman and Laura Jines. He grew up ana received his education in Texas, graduating from Perryton High School In 1935, he moved to Strong City, Okla, and worked on the 11 Bar Ranch in Roger Mills County, Okla. While J. ORVILLE JINES working, he met the love of his life, Imogene Small, and they were married on Dec. 23, 1937. In 1947, the couple moved to Big Horn County and purchased a ranch in 1950 on Davis Creek. He and Imogene were blessed with 65 years of marriage. They had no children, but were helpful to many nieces and nephews. Doc was the youngest of nine boys and three girls. His wife; one sister, Ida Mae Mason; and members of the Small Family survive him
. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, in the Bullis Funeral ChapeL Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
