Services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 07 in Boxwell Brothers Chapel, with Rev. Marlon Sparks, pastor of Calvary Temple, officiating. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery.
He was born January 16, 1907 in Ochiltree County, and was a lifetime resident of the county. He married Rosella REGIER on April 06, 1948 in Hesston, Kansas. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Air Corps.
He is survived by his wife Rosella, of Perryton; one daughter, Susan JINES of Houston; four brothers, Ben JINES of Turpin, Oklahoma, Orvil JINES of Busby, Montana, and Herb JINES and J. W. JINES, both of Perryton; one sister, Ida Mae MASON of Narka, Kansas; and three grandchildren.
