Nathan JINES, aged 85, died Monday at his home.
Funeral Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Boxwell Brothers Chapel. Rev. Tracy Wilson, pastor of the First Christian Church, officiated. Burial was at Ochiltree Cemetery.
Mr. JINES was born on January 12, 1897 in Ochiltree County, one of 12 children born to Sherman and Laura JINES, who settled in this area in 1894. He was a Mason.
Surviving are a son, Jerry of Perryton; seven brothers, J. W., Johnnie, Walter, Floyd, and Herb, all of Perryton, Ben of Turpin, Oklahoma, and Orville of Busby, Montana; two sisters, Mrs. Dolly THOMAS of Perryton and Ida Mae MASON of Narka, Kansas; and two grandsons.
