2 BUSBY Imogene Jines, 88, longtime Busby area resident, passed away Friday, Oct 27, 2006, at the Big Horn County Memorial Hospital in Hardia ,i She was born June 26, 1918, in Shamrock, Texas, a daughter of Ralph and Helen Clark Small She grew up and received her education near Perryton Texas. On Dec 23, 1937, E she married O ville "Doc" Jines. In 1947, the couple moved to Big Horn County and purchased a ranch in 1950 on Davis Creek. Imogene and Doc were blessed with 65 years of marriage. Imogene served as the Kirby Rural Mail carrier for many years and was well-known for her good cooking. They had no children, but were helpful to many nieces and nephews. Her husband, parents, brother, Dale Small and sisters, Johnny Faye Miller and Mary Gidley, preceded Imogene in death. Survivors include her sisters, Willie Sue Kissick and Mildred Chalfant of Texas.
Funeral services will be held 1030 a.m .Tuesday, Oct 31, in the Bulks Funeral Chapel Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Bullis Mortuary of Hardin has been entrusted with the arrangements..
