Friends may call at the Wendt Funderal Home, Bonduel, from now until Tuesday noon and then at the church until the time of service.
The former Helena Mailahn, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Mailahn, was born May 26, 1883 in the Town of Richmond where she spent all of her youth. She attended the Stony Hill School. On November 6, 1902 she was married to David Meisner, now deceased.
As cheesemakers, the Meisners served several communities. For the last 12 years Mrs. Meisner had made her home in Bonduel. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Two daughters survive. The are: Alice, Mrs Rudie Zimmel, of Phoenix, Arizona and Geraldine, Mrs. Hans Lawrenz, of Bonduel. She also leaves 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and three sisters, Alvina, Mrs. Ed Springborn; Anna, Mrs. Ewald Eggert and Minne, Mrs. Paul Eggert, all of route 2 Shawano, and one brother, Rudy Mailahn, route 2, Shawano.
