Orvil Hatch

Orvil Hatch, 80, of 423 North Fifth West Street, died at his home yesterday at 3:30 p.m. of causes incident to age.

He was born at Woods Cross Jan 1, 1860, a son of Orin and Maria Thompson Hatch. He married Mary A Albrand Nov. 17, 1888, in the Logan Temple. For several years he was employed by the Deseret Livestock Company before moving to Salt Lake, where he became a teamster. He was a member of the Church.

Surviving are two sons, Alfred B. and Seymour A. Hatch of Salt Lake: daughter, Mrs. J. W. Koer of Beverly Hills, Calif.: five brothers, George Hatch of Woods Cross, John E. Hatch of Salt Lake, Walter Hatch of Oxford, Ida; Joseph E. Hatch of Randolph and Ezra T. Hatch of Woods Cross; five sisters, Miss Elizabeth Hatch and Mrs. Chloe H. Grant of Woods Cross, Mrs. David Jackson of Logan, Mrs. Charles B. Mann of Cowley, Wyo., and Mrs. Algie H. Grant of Salt Lake, eight grandchildren.
