Mrs. Agnes I. Kervin, 37, 1647 Brinckerhoff. died yesterday in Oneida at the home of her sister, Mrs. Ann Burch after a brief illness. She was born in Utica, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Lynch Barry and was married to Leslie J. Kervin in 1925. He died in 1936. She was a member of Church of the Blassed Sacrement and its Altar Society. She leaves three sisters; Mrs. Burch, Oneida; Mrs. Joseph Albright and Miss Mary Barry, five brothers; Edward, Thomas, John, James and Leo.
