Emogene Stockhover, 96, of Columbus, died at 2:25 a.m. May 30, 2018, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Emogene was born April 18, 1922, in Bartholomew County, the daughter of Charles Wesley and Ida Merritt Stockhover.
Emogene retired from Cummins in 1983 after 43 years of service. She lived her enitre life in Columbus where she was a member of the First Christian Church and Eastern Star #339.
Survivors include her niece and nephews, Jerry Joe Harms, Ft. Wayne, Sherry Lynnn White of Salem, Mark Stockhover of Indianapolis and Don Michael Wells, Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald M. Stockhover and Edwin D. Sctockhover; and sisters, Geraldine Wells and Mary Helen Harms.
