Alexander Campbell Dies at Holton
Alexander Campbell, former resident of Johnson county, died Friday afternoon at his home in Holton following a long illness. The body will be brought to the Nineveh cemetery for burial at 2:30 Sunday afternoon following funeral services at Holton.
Mrs. Mary J. Myers, of Franklin, and Lon Campbell of near Franklin, are a sister and brother of the deceased.
Other survivors are a son Cyrus Campbell and a daughter, Mrs. Geneva Demaree of Holton, a brother, Edward Campbell of Florida and a sister, Mrs. Olive Poling of North Dakota.
Mr. Holton resided near Nineveh for many years before moving to Holton and had many friends in the community.
