Sethel Weaver, age 93, of Somerset, KY., departed this life on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Somerset Nursing and Rehab Center.

Sethel was born on April 1, 1924, in Naomi, KY., to the late John and Iva Ard Beshears. She was a homemaker and attended Buena Vista Church.

She is survived by two sons, Maurice (and Edwinna) Daulton of Somerset, KY and Marvin Ray (and Melanie) Daulton of Somerset, KY; one daughter, Karen (and Harold) Tharp of Clermont, FL; five grandchildren, Morgan Daulton, Madison Daulton, Macy Daulton, Deidre Tharp, and Andrea Tharp; and a special caregiver that the family appreciates so much, Illa Miller, who devoted the last six years of her life taking care of Sethel.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Weaver, and her husband from her first marriage, Everett Daulton, three sisters, Sylvia Correll, Audean Norfleet, and Aline Sturgill, and four brothers, Hereford Beshears, Harold Beshears, Bert Beshears, and Wade Lynn Beshears.

Visitation will be held Friday, September, 15, 2017 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Clyde Strunk officiating. Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
