George Willie Sheffield is the son of William Ervin Sheffield and Hannah Ten Tigert. He married Maudie M. Smith and they had six children. After Maudie died he married Ora Ward English. George is buried beside Ora in Lake Creek Cemetery. George's 1st wife Maudie, is buried beside their daughter Loeta and her parents in the Rockford Cemetery Lamar County, Texas.
