Carol Gene is the daughter of Daniel Albert Jennings and Jessie Dee Greenfield.
She married Rickey Dean Martin on March 23, 1968 in King County, Washington. To this union four sons were born and all survive: Rickey Dean Martin, Jr. (Michelle); Stephen James Martin (Shauna); Jonathan Richard Martin (Rebecca) and Michael Daniel Martin (Lyndsay).
In addition to her husband and sons who survive her, she also left behind four daughters-in-love (her special name for them), 12 grandchildren, a brother, Orval Lewis, Colorado; a sister, Jessie Pickett, Coos Bay, Oregon; a sister, Twila Smith, Salem, Oregon; a brother, Danny A. Jennings (Jeanie), Camas, Washington; a sister, Virginia Dee Darby (Robert), St. Helens, Oregon; and a brother, Gary L. Jennings (Sarah), Independence, Oregon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a large number of friends.
