Ida was the daughter of Joseph Enos and Mary Barcellos Enos. She was born in Oso Flaco. She married William Gallentine. Ida and Bill never had children.

Arroyo Grande- Ida Lucille Galentine 85, died Tuesday july 19, 1988, at a San Luis Obispo hospital.
A rosary will be recited Thursday, July 21, at the Reis Chapel in San Luis Obispo. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 22, at 10 a.m. at St Patrick's Catholic Church in Arroyo Grande with Rev. Michael O'Sullivan officiating. intombment will follow at the Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in San Luis Obispo.
Mrs Galentine was born Jan 30, 1903 in Oso Flaco to an early pioneer family, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Barcellos Enos. She was raised and educated in Santa Maria, moving her at the age of six. She attended Santa Maria schools. She met her husband William Galentine in Santa Maria and they were later married in Las Vegas, Nev.
Mrs Galentine was a homemaker who loved gardening and traveling. She was a member of the Tri Counties Airstream Trailer Club, the Woman's Club of Arroyo Grande, the Sportsmans Association, the Arroyo Grande Senior Citizens group. She was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, William Galentine of Arroyo Grande: and two sisters, Margaret Enos and Lena Buss, both of Santa Maria.
Reis Chapel in San Luis Obispo is in charge of arrangements.
