Charles W. Albright, 67, of 1118 Twenty-Third Avenue, retired fruit and produce dealer of Altoona, died at 5 o'clock Thursday morning in the Altoona Hospital where he was admitted April 13, after an extended illness.

He was born in Tyrone, February 4, 1881, the son of Christian and Mary (Fry) Albright, and married Miss Bertha Lafferty.

Surviving are his wife, two sons and one daughter, Charles W., Jr., Hollidaysburg; Samuel C., Altoona, and Mrs. John E. Voght, Trenton, NJ; five grandchildren and three brothers, Walter and Fred J. Albright, Altoona, and Frank G., Tyrone.

Mr. Albright was a member of the First Lutheran Church. Friends may call at the funeral home of J. P. Lafferty after noon Friday.
