Laura Atwell Kightlinger, 92, died at 8:10 am Monday at Venango Manor, where she lived a short time. She had lived at 122 Nesbit St. She was born April 30, 1879, in Butler County, daughter of Emmett and Mary Jane Dillinger Atwell.

In 1899 in Meadville she married Henry O. Kightlinger, who died April 9, 1946.

She lived her more than 60 years, and was a member of Rocky Grove Grace United Methodist Church, the Ladies Aid Society, Missionary Society, and Good Samaritan Class there. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge, and the Ladies Auxiliary of Rocky Grove Fire Department.

Surviving are two daughters, Orpha (Howard) Boyer and Nellie (Walter) Snow, both of Phoenix, AX; and 2 sons, Melvin and LeRoy Kightlinger, both of Rocky Grove; 18 grandchildren; and 50 great-grandchildren. Deceased are two daughters; two sons; and eight brothers and sisters.

Services will be at 1:30 pm Wednesday at John J. Berg Funeral Home with Rev. Lloyd Sturtz, her pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
