Leah K. Heisey, 72, died at 2:45 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at her home on Sheridan, Route 1. Her husband, Solomon Heisey, preceded her in death three years ago. She was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Smith) Kreider, and was a member of the Midway Church of the Brethren. Survivors include three daughters: Miss Mary K. Heisey, of Lancaster; Amy, wife of Clarence Dinger, of Sheridan Route 1, and Verna, wife of Lester Hoffmaster, of Denver Route 2; three sons: Kreider Heisey, of Rehrersburg; and John and Mark Heisey, both of Lebanon Route 5. Also surviving are two sisters: Mrs. Mary Kreider, of Lebanon Route 4, and Mrs. Fanny Allwein, of Palmyra; a brother, Jonas Kreider, of Lebanon Route 1; twenty-nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
