DEATH OF MRS. NANCY GIBSON
Mrs. Nancy Gibson, 69 years of age, died early Thursday morning at her home near Ehrhardt. She had been in ill health for several years, bur death was unexpected.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock from Pleasant Hill Methodist church, the Rev. G. W. Davis, pastor, and the Rev. R. W. Hollis, pastor of the Ehrhardt Baptist church, officiating.
Interment followed in the church yard. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
The widow of H. E. Gibson, she is survived by 6 children, John Gibson, Baxley, Ga.; Mrs. S. D. Lane, Ehrhardt; Joe E. Gibson, Ehrhardt; Mrs. G. S. Beard, Sumter; J. Laz Gibson & Miss Lillie Gibson, Ehrhardt; two brothers, L. E. Tate, Anderson; and William M. George, Ehrhardt; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Gibson was held in high esteem by all who knew her. She possessed a cheerful disposition and endeavored always to make them happy.

Mrs. Jane Gibson
Ehrhardt, June 16, Special - Mrs. Jane Gibson, sixty-nine, died at her home near Ehrhardt early this morning following an illness of several years. Fuenral services will be tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from the Pleasant Hill Methodist church, the Rev. G. W. Travis, pastor, and the pastor R. W. Hollis, pastor of the Ehrhardt Baptist church officiating. Interment will be in the churchyard.
Mrs. Gibson, a member of the Methodist church, was the widow of H. E. Gibson, she is survived by 6 children, John Gibson, Baxley, Ga.; Mrs. S. D. Lane, Ehrhardt; Joe E. Gibson, Ehrhardt; Mrs. G. S. Beard, Sumter; J. Laz Gibson & Miss Lillie Gibson, Ehrhardt; two brothers, L. E. Tate, Anderson; and William M. George, Ehrhardt; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Pleasant Hill Methodist church tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 10 o'clock, with Rev. G. W. Davis, pastor of the church, officiating, assisted by the Rev. R. W. Hollis, pastor of the Baptist church, and interment following in the churchyard.
Mrs. Gibson is survived by her husband, Henry Gibson*, of Ehrhardt, and the following children: John H. Gibson, Baxley, Ga., Mrs. S. G. Beard, Sumter, S. C.; J. L. Gibson, J. E. Gibson, Mrs. S. D. Lane and Miss Lillie Gibson, all of Ehrhardt,; brothers, Luther Tate, Iva, S. C., and William George, Ehrhardt.
*Henry Gibson died in 1923.
