Claudia Vay McCollough, 47, of 506 Missouri Place, Huntsville, died Jan. 7, 1984 at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith. She was born July 10, 1936 at Aurora, the daughter of Sidney Eugene and Edna Arilda Cain Dennis. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her husband, Rex. E. McCollough of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Debbie Ferguson of Huntsville; her mother, Mrs. Arilda Dennis of Aurora; four brothers, James C. Dennis of Columbia, Md., Boyd Dennis and Cecil Dennis, both of Aurora, and Calvin Dennis of Springdale; four sisters, Mrs. Vivian Bowman and Mrs. Sharon Kay Myers, both of Aurora, Mrs. Versie Reynolds and Mrs. Velma Hayes, both of Huntsville and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Jan. 10, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Cecil Garrison officiating. Burial was in the Friendship Cemetery at Springdale, under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Glen Thomas, Ronald Dennis, Jeff Myers, Jody Ferguson, Cleland Davis and Wade Broyles.
