Frances "Lil Granma" Cottrell Haltom, 87, of El Dorado, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2015, at MCSA. She was born December 21, 1927, to John and Lottie Hambrick Moore in Three Creeks, AR

She was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Junction City and was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Joel B. Cottrell, Sr.; son, Jimmy Cottrell; three sisters, Floye Scroggins, Joy Bailey, Lillian Holder; half-sister, Peg New; brother, Morgan Moore; and three half-brothers, Dick Moore, Booster Moore, and Aaron Moore.

Survivors include her two sons; eight grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Young's Chapel. Burial will follow at Brown Cemetery.
