Age 78, of Westminster, died at his home after an extended illness. Born in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Howard L. and Mamie Barnes Bair. His wife, Gladys Virginia Bair died March 2, 1987.
Before retiring, he was owner of the Woodcraft Building Company. He served in the Army in World War II.
