Feehan, 40, dies Friday
Donald Feehan, 40, of Temple, Tex., a native of Melrose, died early Friday at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Temple.
He was the son of Robert and Mildred Scieszinski Feehan and was born in Melrose Nov. 30, 1935. He spent 13 years in the US Army and had recently been employed by a construction company.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Ann in West Virginia, four brothers, Robert, Jr. and Vincent of Melrose, Bernard of Woodburn, and Richard of Monroe; and two sisters, Mrs. Barbara Ruepke of Chariton and Sister Mary Lucille Feehan of Council Bluffs.
Funeral services were held this morning at St. Patrick's Church in Melrose with the Rev. Eugene Hoenig officiating. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery there. The rosary was recited Sunday evening at Humeston Funeral Home.
