Wilma K. Stacey, 68, of Shawneetown, died 6:20 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, 2006, at Fountain View Nursing Home in Eldorado.

Services were held 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2006, at Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown with the Rev. Roy Dale Orr officiating. Burial was in Hogan Cemetery. Visitation was 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, 2006, at the funeral home.

She was born in Bowlesville on March 24, 1937, to Lela (Thompson) and the late Herman Stacey.

She was a homemaker and a member of Missionary Baptist Church of Junction.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by three sisters, Helen (Al) Fuchs of Harrisburg, Neva Thompson of Shawneetown and Emma (Charles "Red") Smith of Shawneetown; and four brothers, James Stacey of Lincoln, Jerry Joe (Judy) Stacey of Carrier Mills, Paul Stacey of Shawneetown and Donald (Gloria) Stacey of Simpson.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Burpo and Mildred Cremeens; and a brother, William Stacey.
