JOSEPH MYERS, member of Trinity Church, died March 19th at his home near Spring Grove, after an illness of more than 10 years.
At his death, he was aged 76 years, and 7 days.
Mr. Myers was a farmer, and the father of a large family. He was a patient sufferer since being disabled by a stroke many years ago. He bore his affliction with Christian courage, patience and faith.
He is survived by his widow, 11 children, and many grandchildren.
The funeral was held at the Sauter funeral home in Spring Grove, March 22, where a large number of relatives and friends gathered in his memory. His body was laid to rest in the Jefferson Cemetery.
