FRANKLIN W. DIEHL died yesterday afternoon at the home of his son, Albert R. Diehl, Florida Avenue, aged 70 years.
Surviving are sons, Albert R. Diehl, Hagerstown; and Frank Diehl, US Army; daughters, Mrs. Alice Black, Chambersburg and Mrs. Edith Shank, Hagerstown; brother, Allen Diehl, Edgemont; sisters, Mrs. Laura Ferguson, Mrs. Jessie Sprankle and Mrs. Minnie Zimmerman, all of Waynesboro; and Mrs. Bertha Fleagle, Edgemont; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Kraiss Mortuary; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
