Frank was born February 9, 1903 in Leaf Valley Township, Douglas County, Minnesota to Frank C. and Celia Guenther. Frank lived in the Parkers Prairie area for 17 years. After his marriage they lived and farmed near Brandon. In 1950 Frank went to live in Alexandria and did farm labor on area farms. In 1968 he became a resident of St. Williams Nursing Home in Parkers Prairie. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
He is survived by four sons: Jerry of Alexandria and Allen, James and John all of Paynesville; three sisters, Adeline Barnack, Clara Patzwald, and Mrs. Olaf (Hildegarde) Ziegelman, all of Alexandria; two brothers, Leo of Parkers Prairie and Harvey of Garfield; and 9 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Roger Guenther, Alvin Guenther, Harold Guenther, Dennis Barnack, Ralph Kraemer and Ernie Miller. Arrangements with the LaMere Funeral Home in Parkers Prairie.
