Mrs. Essie Threet Dies at Prattsville
Sheridan, April 25 -
Mrs. Essie Threet, aged 49, died at her home in Prattsville today. She is survived by her husband, Albert Threet; two sons, James H. Threet and Edward Lee Threet of the home; three step-sons, Vera Threet and Vernon Threet of Sheridan; a step-daughter, Mrs. Loretta Williams of Kingsland; three brothers, W. E. Ashcraft of Malvern, H. H. Ashcraft of Sheridan and B. H. Ashcraft of Little Rock; four sisters, Mrs. Cora Gilkerson, Mrs. Lucy Stuckey and Mrs. Alice Pumphrey, all of Prattsville, and Mrs. Zelma Byrd of Poyen.
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Friday at the Philadelphia church near Prattsville by the Rev. C. N. Glover and the Rev. L. D. Foreman. Burial will be in the Philadelphia cemetery.
