Malvern - William E. Ashcraft, aged 85, of Malvern died Thursday. He was a retired carpenter, a member of Sharon Rose Baptist Church and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors are his wife, Martha Stuckey Ashcraft; three sisters, Mrs. Lucy Stuckey of Conway, Mrs. Alice Pumphrey of Sheridan and Mrs. Zelma Byrd of Poyen.
Funeral will be at 2 PM Saturday at Atkinson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Philadelphia Cemetery.
