Found in The State 20 May 1960: Mrs. Maude R. McDonald, 78, of 806 Simpson Street, Cayce, died at the Lakeside Rest Home last night after an illness of several months. She was a native of Bamberg and had made her home in Cayce 32 years. She was the widow of J. W. McDonald, who died in 1943. She was a member of the Taylor Street Baptist Church which she helped organize. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Irene M. Keeler, Columbia; a brother, J. G. Rowell, Cayce; two half-brothers, James W. Scott, North Carolina, and Major Scott, Cayce; a half-sister, Mrs. G. S. Friday, Columbia; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
There is no stone for her in in Section J. She should be next to her husband.
