BURNSVILLE, Minn. — Memorial services for Henry "Lewis/Hank" Smock, 81, of Burnsville, Minn., formerly of Kelly Lake, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, 2004 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Hibbing. Private interment at Fort Snelling to be held at a later date. Luncheon to be served at the church following the service.
He was born to eternal life on Dec. 16, 2003.
He is survived by a son, Terry (Janet) Bothell, Wash.; two daughters, Valetta (Richard) Currier, Milwaukee, Wis. and Arlys (David) Ronchetti, Burnsville, Minn.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six sisters: Mabel Oyler, Oakdale, calif., Claribel Guderian, Northome, Minn., Opal (Roy) Mackey, Hibbing, Melva Kuperierz, Hibbing, Mavis (Franklin) Grebenc, Inverness, Fla. and Patricia (Harry) Hilliard, Panacea, Fla.; two brothers, Glen (Carol) Smock, Oakdale, Calif. and William Dickerson, Oakdale, Calif.; and several other family members.
He was preceded into eternal life by his loving wife, Martha; his parents, Delbert and Etta Mae; sisters, Edna, Lynette and Valetta; brothers, Delbert (Junior) Frank, Chuck and Ernie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society or Methodist Hospital Hospice.
