WELL KNOWN ROSEDALE
RESIDENT DIES
Henry Allbright, age 76, prominent citizen of Florida township, died at his home in Rosedale about 3:30 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon of last week, after a short illness. He had resided in Florida township all of his life and had been active in civic affairs.
For several years Mr. Allbright operated a hardware store in Rosedale. He was affiliated with the Mutual Telephone company in an official capacity. He served two terms as trustee of Florida township, having been elected on the Democratic ticket. At the time of his death he was president of the Rosedale town board.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Herman Huxford and one grandson, Herman Huxford Jr, of near Rosedale; three sisters, Mrs. Henrietta Adams, Mrs. Sarah Callis and Mrs. America Yowell, all of Rosedale; two brothers, John Allbright of Rosedale and Thomas Allbright of Brazil. Mrs. Allbright died September 19, 1938.
Funeral services were held at the home at 1:30 o'clock, Friday afternoon, in charge of Rev. Paul Engle. Hymns were sung by Mrs. James Grimes and Mrs. Elsie Keller. Burial was made in the Rosedale cemetery.
