Our Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather, Ellis H. Child passed away on March 1, 2014. He was born December 25, 1917 in Clinton, Utah to Abiah W. and E. Clydie Olmstead Child. He married Lorene Withrow on May 31, 1941 in Yuma, Arizona.

Ellis was a member of the LDS Church, he served 2 stake missions, 1 full time mission, was a home teacher, Elder Quorum President and High Priest Group Leader.

Ellis is survived by his wife of 72years; daughter, Cheryl E. Wilken; son, Larry E. Child; 16 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren ; 11 step-great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Fern Kearl and brothers, Norman and Dale.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his children, Ellen Shunn and Mark Child; sisters, Neta Reese, Thelma Weir and brothers, Fred, Ralph and Les.

Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
