She was a native of Lexington and was married to Harry Sharp, general secretary of the YMCA here for many years. She had been living in Greensboro since 1940.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Comdr. Harry Sharp, Jr, of Washington; a daughter, Mrs. Chester A. Rose, Jr. of Schenectady, N.Y.; two brothers, Druid H. Conrad of Troy, Ala., and David F. Conrad of Lexington; two sisters, Mrs. Reynolds Shoaf and Mrs. R. W. Martin, both of Lexington; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Forbis and Dick Memorial Chapel by Dr. Claud Bowen, pastor, and the Rev. Jack Causey, assistant pastor, of the First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The body will remain at the home until the service.
