Mrs. Charles H. Kerr
Mrs. Emilie Dilworth Kerr, wife of Charles H. Kerr, the well-known contractor and senior partner in the firm of Kerr & Fox, lumber dealers, died at 12:15 o'clock this morning at her home, 242 Dithridge street, East End. She had been ill about three weeks. Mrs. Kerr was formerly Emilie Dilworth Dicken, youngest daughter of Attorney J. Charles Dicken. She was a graduate of the Pennsylvania College for Women, and was president of the Alumnae Association. She was a member of the Bellefield Presbyterian Church and took an active interest in all church work. Besides her father and mother, Mrs. Kerr is survived by her husband and the following sisters: Mrs. J. M. Shields, wife of the well known attorney of Emsworth, Mrs.Alfred H. Burchfield, Mrs. A. R. Frazier, Mrs. William Ewart, wife of wholesale grocer; and one brother, William C. Dicken, practicing law with his father.
