Francis Patrick was twin to Mary Agnes Conneally [Enright]. They were born on August 9, 1872. The mother, Mary McLaughlin Conneally, was about 43 years old.
Being aware of the dangers involved in childbirth anyway, it's a wonder that they were born at all.
Again, just nine days later they were baptized, with Francis' godparents being Matthew Sullivan and Marg Conneally (the sister of the baby's mother, Margaret McLaughlin Conneally, 1840-1930). Little Mary Agnes' godparents were Thomas Conneally (possibly the brother or the son of Patrick & Mary) and Honora Reagan.
Francis married Anna Broderick. She was from Great Barrington, Massachusetts. They had one child, Thomas Francis Conneally. Francis died when Tom was just 11 years old.
Anna sent Tom to Fordham Law School. Tom was later elevated to the bench as a judge. Tom married Gertrude Raleigh. Tom and Gert had two children: Thomas F. Jr. in 1931, and Joann Conneally [San Nicola]in 1933.
Not knowing where he is buried, I am putting Francis Conneally here with his parents and siblings in St. Joseph's in Pittsfield.
