She was married to Oliver "Ole" Odegaard (1901-1975) on 3 June 1939 in Minneapolis, MN. It is unknown if they had any children. Bertha died on 3 January 1984 in Anoka, MN at the age of 75, and was interred at Hillside Cemetery.
