Floyd worked most of his short life as a Farmer in Clarke County near Berryville. He was age 39. His wife was Lela (Payne) with whom had two daughters and a son. Floyd was in D.C. under going medical treatment when he passed away. The Revd.'s W. Luttrell and G. Waters of the Methodist church performed his funeral. Floyd was buried here next to his father.
