Mrs. Minnie Frances Fraze, 90, Winchester route 4, died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 1977 at the Community Care Center, Portland. Mrs. Fraze was a lifetime resident of Randolph County. She was a member of the Saratoga United Methodist Church and the widow of William E. Fraze who died in 1973.

Surviving are two sons, Thurl of Ridgeville and William C. of Winchester route 4; two daughters, Mrs. Carl (Reva) Foltz of Portland route 3 and Mrs. Everett (Thetis) Laisure of Muncie; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Claude Rose of Union City.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Shaffer Funeral Home, Winchester, with burial in the Saratoga Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
