Mrs. Lonnie Mae(George) Miller, 74, of 504 1/2 North Mulberry Avenue, Effingham, Illinois died at 6:35 p.m. Friday at Saint Anthony Memorial Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Sarah George.
She was preceded in death by husband Rufus Shadwell in 1929.
Surviving are sons, Cecile Shadwell of Effingham; Herbert Shadwell of Joliet; Clyde Mills of Santa Barbara, California; daughters Mrs. Elva Pippin, Pamona, California; Mrs. Violet Dean of Vineland, New York; Mrs. Sarah Sweeney of Benton; Mrs. Dorothy Lewis of Effingham; Mrs. Hazel Mills, address unknown; sister Mrs. Clara Lovette of Saginaw, Michigan; 23 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
